Cape Air launches flight services from St Croix to Nevis, enhancing connectivity

Cape Air announced the launch of flight services connecting St Croix-Nevis, effective from 12^th July 2024. With the introduction of such services, the airline aims to enhance travel options for all visitors and expand air connectivity.

The Cape Air will operate its services, twice a week i.e. Friday and Sunday. The aircraft will depart from St Croix by 11:40 on Friday’s and will reach Nevis by 12:45. Meanwhile, the return flight from Nevis will fly at 13:50 and will reach St Croix by 14:55.

The special introductory rates in order to have access to take advantage of these flight routes include, $349.10 from Nevis to St Croix, including tax. On the other hand, the interested individual will have to pay $328.10 (tax included) for taking the flight from St Croix to Nevis.

Moreover, Premier Mark Brantley took to his official Facebook account and shared the details about the flight services. This expansion of services will play a huge role in attracting large number of visitors to the highly-anticipated Nevis Culturama Festival. It will be the 50^th anniversary celebrations for Nevis Culturama as it is a significant display of vibrant culture and traditions of the island nation. It offers an experience like no other to all their visitors.

The festival will offer an array of traditions, music, dance and the delicious local cuisine of Nevis, fostering the rich cultural heritage of Nevis. Premier Brantley expressed happiness on witnessing the enhancement of regional connectivity. He stated that they know the kind of difficulties people were getting to and from St. Croix and Nevis, therefore this service would play a huge role in addressing those problems.

Premier Brantley also stated that they are very optimistic about Nevis Culturama Festival which will begin on 25^th July, will play a key role in bringing large number of visitors to the country, enhancing overall economic conditions.
