ABHTA announces partnership between Governments of Jersey, Antigua and Barbuda
Antigua Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association (ABHTA) has announced the collaboration of the Governments of Antigua and Barbuda to provide employment opportunities to the residents of Antigua and Barbuda in the companies of Jersey.

Antigua and Barbuda: Antigua Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association (ABHTA) has announced the collaboration of the Governments of Antigua and Barbuda to provide employment opportunities to the residents of Antigua and Barbuda in the companies of Jersey.
The government mentioned, “The ABHTA is honoured to announce the partnership between The Governments of Jersey and Antigua and Barbuda in formalizing an agreement to provide career development opportunities for Antiguan and Barbadian hospitality professionals as well as provide much-needed recruitment opportunities for Jersey companies.”
The island of Jersey is the largest of Channel Island; this island is found off the southern coast of England.

Who Can Apply?
The Jersey program is only open to Citizens of Antigua and Barbuda.
The hospitality roles that are open for employment are:
Chefs – fully or partly trained and across multiple disciplines
Staff trained to fulfil middle operation management roles in the hotel and in restaurants
Fully or partially trained front-line staff across multiple disciplines including, but not exclusive to Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front of House.
How to Apply?
– Submit your resume to @antiguahotels.org. The deadline of submission is March 23rd 2022
– Your resume will be reviewed
– Approved applicants will be interviewed
– Applicants will be contacted once the interview is successful
Application and acceptance to the Jersey Project will not be finalized until all participants have completed their EASE training. This program is provided FREE and is fully funded by the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority.
