Antigua and Barbuda: CAGE Antigua has announced the start-up of its gaming operations in Antigua and Barbuda. The company has stated that after the commencing of the operations, a number of its local retailer locations around Antigua have gone live.
Chairman of CAGE Antigua Robert B Washington said, “The gaming terminals have been deployed at the local retailers across Antigua and Barbuda. Expectedly, it would continue more than the next 120-day”.
Washington further stated that after the installation of the CAGE Antigua, the players and customers across the twin country would be eligible to win a lot of daily prizes, weekly prizes and monthly prizes.
He added that CAGE players could enjoy higher returns when playing games from digital wallets. The game can be played over the SAS gaming system that ensures compliance with Anti-Terrorists Financing (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering.
Washington informed, “CAGE Antigua has been licensed to operate under the gaming license issued by the government of Antigua and Barbuda pursuant to which the government of Antigua and Barbuda shall receive a percentage Net Win Per Day which amount is paid monthly, in arrears.”
Formerly, the Leeward Islands lottery Holding Company (LILHCo) was owned by Johnson and Washington. The company was started in St John, Antigua, in the year 1994. LILHCo was behind many sponsored lotteries in various countries in the Caribbean Regions, including Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, St Kitts and Nevis, Bermuda, Sint Maarten, Saba and St Eustatius and the United States Virgin Islands of St Croix, St John and St Thomas.
Washington expressed his excitement and said that CAGE is a new opportunity for Antigua and Barbuda. “Our game content, the gaming system will provide our many customers with additional socially engaging experiences, new jobs and significant recurring revenue for the government of Antigua and Barbuda.”
