The twin-island Federation of St Kitts and Nevis is all ready to celebrate the 40th anniversary of gaining independence from the British Empire on September 19, 2023.

Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: The twin-island Federation of St Kitts and Nevis is all ready to celebrate the 40th anniversary of gaining independence from the British Empire on September 19, 2023.
This year, the celebrations will be hosted under the theme “Growing Sustainably, Developing Maturely and Building Resiliency: Independence 40”. The celebrations are marked between July 14 and October 15, 2023.
As per the update by the authorities, numerous events will be celebrated to mark the event. The calendar of the events was unveiled, which was listing all the events that will take place throughout the Federation.
