PM Terrance Drew visits Mary Charles Hospital Pharmacy to overlook improvements
Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew visited Mary Charles Hospital in Molineux on Wednesday, 20th March 2024. The visit was conducted to oversee the significant improvements made in the pharmacy.

Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew visited Mary Charles Hospital Pharmacy in Molineux on Wednesday, 20th March 2024. The visit was conducted to oversee the significant improvements made in the pharmacy.
The Minister of Health of St Kitts and Nevis reopened the Mary Charles Hospital Pharmacy on 19th March following the necessary repairs made by the authorities in order to ensure that the residents of the area are provided with essential government pharmaceutical services.
Notably, the newly renovated pharmacy will serve on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The ministry has shared its motive to expand their operating hours and open the pharmacy five days a week to offer better accommodation facilities and fulfil the needs and demands of patients.
While shedding light on his visit to the hospital, PM Terrance Drew took to his official Facebook account and said “Today I conducted a walkthrough at Mary Charles Hospital in Molineux, where we’ve just completed some essential remedial work to address long-standing issues. It’s truly heartening to see the improvements firsthand!”
PM Terrance Drew expressed delight on his visit to the newly renovated pharmacy, which was led by the experienced pharmacist Bryann Tillette from Belize.
“During my visit, I had the pleasure of exploring the newly reopened Pharmacy, which officially welcomed the public on Monday, March 18th. Led by the experienced Pharmacist Bryann Tillette from Belize,” noted PM Terrance Drew.
The Ministry of Health also shed light on the significance of modernizing and enhancing the healthcare delivery systems. They added that with the process of digitization, they will able to enhance health care and it will also allow streamlined access to patient medical profiles and pharmaceutical records across all outlets.
PM Terrance Drew and the Minister of Health also shared their vision of improving and promoting healthcare services by keeping the health and well-being of the citizens of the nation as the topmost priority.
