Youth Month 2024 to promote talent and creativity of Saint Lucian youth

Castries, Saint Lucia: The Ministry of Youth, Development and Sports of Saint Lucia unveiled the calendar of activities for Youth Month 2024. The activities began on 6th April and will continue till 30th April 2024. The main objective behind conducting the activities is to harness the talent, energy and creativity of the Saint Lucian youth. 

The launch ceremony of the event was held on Friday, 5th April 2024 at Constitutional Park which was attended by several people who celebrated and enjoyed the vibrant energy of the younger generation of the island nation. 

The entire month of April 2024 is filled with exciting activities and the Ministry’s vision for the celebration of this month is to transform the youth into a potent resource for individual, community and national development. 

With these activities, the Ministry aims to enhance and boost the confidence of the younger generation and allow them to express their views and opinions without any fear of being judged. 

These activities shed light on the Ministry’s unwavering commitment and dedication towards guiding youth and providing them with the required training sessions in order to foster their culinary skills. Along with that, it will also play a significant role in promoting the business and creative minds of youth by creating a symposium where they will be given a platform to share their ideas and plans.
