Two killed reported after plan crash in Bahamas

After the death of 2 people had been reported on the site of a jet that crashed in bushes near the Treasure Cay International Airport in Abaco on Monday, the team of the Air Accident Investigation Authority is expected to be deployed in Treasure Cay on Tuesday.
According to the statement of the local police, the aircraft that was crashed was totally under fire when the rescue teams arrived at the site where the airplane crashed.
Police officials said that initial inquiries revealed that the airplane had been seen taxiing, and a short time later, smoke and flames were noticed coming from the aircraft. According to the information, there were two pilots on board the airplane when it crashed. Further checks were made, and there were no signs of life on board. Their nationalities were not immediately known.
Assistant Superintendent of Police, Stephen Rolle, said that the bodies were severely burned that it has been very challenging to do the recognition.
