Tobago is all set to receive more than 15,000 cruise visitors in the next month, December, 2024. As per the reports, around 11 vessels are expected to dock at two different ports of the island.
The Tourism Authority of Tobago shared the thorough time- table of the cruise ships. Sharing the schedule on their official Facebook, the tourism authority noted, “The cruise ship season is building momentum, with 11 vessels expected to visit the island in December!”
Scores of visitors will disembark at the Scarborough and Charlotteville ports, immersing them in the natural beauty, pristine beaches and lush rainforests of the island nation.
The tourism authority expressed their desire of welcoming large number of travellers to the country and offered them an unforgettable tour to popular attractions like Argyle Waterfall, Fort King George, Pirate’s Bay and Store Bay Beach.

Tobago 2024-2025 Cruise Season
Tobago officially began their 2024-2025 Cruise Season on 5th November, 2024 with the arrival of ExPloris One. The vessel was the first ship of the season, brought around 144 passengers in its maiden call to the island nation.
During the season, there are 40 scheduled calls from around 19 ships, with an estimated 40,000 passengers expected to grace the shores of Tobago.
The Cruise Season 2024-2025 of Tobago will feature a diverse line-up of vessels, welcoming travellers from around the world to experience the breath-taking beaches, crystal-clear waters and renowned attractions of the island nation.
They added that they are looking forward to showcase the exceptional warmth and hospitality of the island nation that Tobago is known for.
Safe Welcoming Environment
Shedding light on the cruise season, the authorities added that they are committed to maintaining a welcoming and securing environment for all, creating a memorable experience for both residents and visitors alike.
The Division of Tourism of Tobago also held a consultation with stakeholders with a vision to improve the experience of destination. The authorities have also partnered with the Tobago Hotel and Tourism Institute to execute refresher courses for frontline staff and launched the first 10 Selfie Spots across the island nation.
Secretary Burris noted that they are committed to offer a wonderful and safe cruise season to all, with visitors enjoying all that destination Tobago has to offer.
