Saint Lucia’s 45th Independence Anniversary Gala to take place on Feb 24

Saint Lucia: Saint Lucia is all set to host its 45th Independence Anniversary Gala on Saturday, 24th February at 6:00 pm. It is to be noted that the gala will take part at the Preston Event Centre, which is located at 523 St. Anthony Street, Ottawa, ON KIR 6Z9. 

Notably, the gala is a part of the celebration of Saint Lucia’s 45 years of Independence. The island nation celebrated its Independence Day on 22nd February under the theme “Douvan Ansanm; Building a nation through Unity, Resilience, and Creativity.”

Moreover, the 45th Independence Anniversary Gala is being conducted under the patronage of the Council General of Saint Lucia, Henry Mangal. The event will promote the vibrant culture and traditions of the country. Along with that, it also aims to enhance unity, resilience and brotherhood among the citizens of the island nation. 

The Guest of Honour for the event will be H.E Julian Dubois who is the ambassador for Diaspora Affairs. Along with that, the event will also have Regis ‘Robbie’ Calixte as the special guest. The attendees of the event will also get a chance to witness an electrifying performance by DJ Hypotix Sounds and Hibiscus Jamz.

• Seniors and Early Bird can purchase tickets at $90.
• Children Under 18 can purchase tickets at $60. 
• Dancers can purchase tickets by paying an amount of $25.
