Cricket West Indies unveils 15-member Women’s squad for Pakistan tour

Cricket West Indies unveiled the 15-member West Indies Women’s squad for their tour to Pakistan. A total of eight matches will be conducted between both teams in the months of April and May.

The tour will start with the One Day International (ODI) matches and following that five T20 Internationals games will be conducted. All the matches will be hosted at National Bank Stadium, Karachi.

The West Indies Women are aiming to emerge victorious by showcasing their competitive spirit, abilities and techniques. These games will also offer thrilling action to all cricket fans worldwide as well as it will also give a platform to the West Indie’s women to work on their strategies and focus on their strengths and weaknesses.

Hayley Matthews has been named the team’s captain, and Shemaine Campbelle has been named the vice-captain.

Notably, before going to Pakistan, the team will visit Dubai for a period of one week for their training camp in order to prepare for the matches.
