Antigua and Barbuda: Arringo Ltd, global business solutions and customer services, has announced the inauguration of their business operation in Antigua and Barbuda. The team from the company recently visited the country and marked the beginning with an official launch. The launch was witnessed at its offices on Old Parham Road.
The company’s CEO and director of the company – Simon Camilleri, stated that they are planning to expand their business beyond Europe, and this setup will benefit both the country and the company. He highlighted that the firm would employ the country’s youth, providing more employment opportunities.
“The launch of our Antigua and Barbuda office sparks many new opportunities, most excitingly for the skilled local workforce and the attention we aim to bring to Antigua within the Fintech space as a market leader. We are looking forward to work with local partners and the Antiguan team. We feel our values and principles match Antigua’s and hope Antigua will embrace us as we embrace it.’’ Arringo Antigua CEO Camilleri said.
The launch was attended by Prime Minister Gaston Browne, Minister of Finance, Corporate Governance and Public Private Partnerships; his wife Maria Browne, Minister of Housing, Lands and Urban Renewal as well as Ministry of Legal Affairs, Public Safety and Labour’s Minister of State; Melford Nicholas, Minister of Information, Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Information Technology and Charles Fernandez, Minister of Tourism, Investment and Economic Development. Additionally, Corporate Antigua, the media and Arringo Antigua staff also visited the place.
Simon Camilleri and Jeffery Hadeed, director of Arringo (Antigua), anticipated new opportunities as Antigua and Barbuda is known for its economic viability and highly-skilled workforce.
