“Lennox Linton was talking about himself while referring Mr Trump,” said Dominica PM

Dominica: Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit, is not like those leaders who shield their emotions by power of politics . Despite this, PM speaks what his heart wants him to convey.

Leaders never speak their hearts out to cover their emotions, and they act tough to serve their nation accurately. In a show named The Next Level Show, PM Skerrit shared some significant measures for the country and cleared some allegations accused by the Opposition on Dominican elections.

We all are well known for the recent disgraceful incident that happened in the U.S. Capitol. ‘Blind Followers’ of Outgoing President Donald Trump attacked the U.S. Capitol. Those ‘Blind Followers’ subjugated individual security to invade the building, violated administrators to sit under desks in that room. Even brought them to demolish a constitutional proceeding that certifies President Joe Biden’s election victory.

The host asked PM Skerrit about the incident and asked that the Opposition thinks the same about Dominica’s election. The Opposition is merely targeting the elections. They are questioning the process of elections and accusing that the result of the election was stolen. The host was uncomfortable and hesitating to proceed further.

But, humble PM Skerrit answered this question humbly, he stated, “The opposition leader Lennex Linton is not talking about Trump, but he is talking about Himself.”

He just accused me because he wanted to say. If we talk about the history of elections, We have won every election, and Opposition has issues with Ours’ victory. They have been to court to sign the problems with the fair outcome of the election. They can’t mend their loss. 

We serve our nation and speak for development and seek to stimulate improvements and growth in the country. We work for people, not power. These guys are following a textbook that has no morals at all.

The government of Dominica works for children, older people, and everyone. He even said, “Politics is not about power; it is about service.”

He reminded me about how the Opposition went for harming people physically in the financial room on February 7th, and they are no less than Trump.

Other than the Opposition topic, PM discussed the Development of the Country. The host asked about the promises of Building an International Airport in Dominica. 

In answer to this question, he stated, “I am a man of my words, and I Don’t make those promises I can’t keep; I am confident that our government will able to build International Airport.” 

They will consult some high-level experts for building this Airport. According to PM Skerrit, the government is doing work for this idea but behind the curtains. Dominica will see several activities till the end of 2021.

Purpose of Building Airport

PM’s idealogy behind this scheme was to have an independent flight system for Dynamic Dominica. Tourists can easily travel from Europe, North America, and other countries. The government is also working to secure hotels and the tourism sector. These latest measures will also improve the agriculture sector and Supermarkets.
