Castries, Saint Lucia: The Education, Sustainable Development, Innovation, Science, Technology and Vocational Training Ministry of the Caribbean island country of Saint Lucia shared an important piece of news for the parents or guardians who has registered their kids for Kindergarten in Castries Basin schools.
According to the social media update, “The Ministry wished to inform parents and guardians who have registered their child/ward for Kindergarten in schools in the Castries Basin for the Academic Year 2023/2024, that results will be distributed in June, 2023.”
It further appealed the people who are seeking admission in the schools of the region to register their child till May 5, 2023. “Kindly note that parents/ guardians who have not completed the process for any of the following schools are invited to call 4685259 or email email@example.com by May 5th, 2023,” the update read.
As per the ministry, the list of the schools is as follows:
Castries Anglican Infant
Vide Bouteille Primary
St Aloysius RC. Boys’ Infant
Ave Maria Girls’ Infant
Camille Henry Memorial
Carmen Rene Memorial
Gordon & Walcott Memorial Methodist
Bishop Charles Gachet RC Primary School
The Ministry of Education, Sustainable Development, Innovation, Science, Technology and Vocational Training also utilized the platform to extend thanks towards the parents and other residents. It noted, “Thanks you for your kind cooperation.”
The registration for this year was started back in October, 2022 and was open until November 30, 2022. The information regarding the same was shared by the Department of Education, Innovation and Vocational Training.
This time, the admission form was also available online and was easily accessed through computer, tablet or mobile phone at https://www.kregistration.education.gov.lc/.
The schools in the Castries Basin, which were open for admission included, Gordon & Walcott Memorial Methodist, Anglican Infant, Camille Henry Memorial, Vide Bouteille Primary, and St. Aloysius RC. Boys’ Infant, Morne-Du-Don Primary, Carmen Rene Memorial, Ave Maria Girls’ Infant, Bishop Charles Gachet RC Primary.
