The recipients are given all the assistance they may possibly need as well as the necessary training to launch their own business units in the manufacturing, services, retail, transportation, handicraft, agri-allied, and agri-infra sectors.
The government of J&K is dedicated to using youth’s energy constructively by providing them with better chances in a variety of areas, including sports, academics, self-employment, and entrepreneurship.
The government is putting a lot of emphasis on the Mission Young initiative, which promotes youth self-employment and skill development through specialised programmes.
The administration has given the go-ahead to conduct impact analyses of projects and urged stakeholders to look into every possibility for increased corporate participation in youth empowerment and skill-building initiatives.

The government of the Union Territory is developing policies that involve youth in the legislative process and guarantee their involvement in its practical application. According to an official, it gives young people a chance to serve as ambassadors for innovation, peace, progress, and sports.
