Jamaica: Decomposed body of taxi driver found from bushes

Kingston, Jamaica: The police officers on Saturday located a decomposed body of a taxi operator along a section of the Runaway Bay main road in St Ann in Jamaica.
The identity of the decomposed body has been recognised as 39-year-old Gary Rhone. The deceased was a residence of Bucknor district in May Pen, Clarendon.
The upper part of the dead body had stab wounds and gunshot wounds.
The body was first recognised by the residents when they went into the bushes and stumbled at around 9 am on Saturday, December 25, 2021, who then immediately reported to the police authorities.
The police officers then discovered the dead body of a 39-year-old in an advanced state of decomposition. The body has been taken by the authorities to the morgue pending a post mortem.
Meanwhile, the police noted that there were unconfirmed reports of the deceased being missing since Tuesday. Relatives of the deceased tried to find him but were not successful.
Further information related to the pieces of evidence has yet not been shared by the officials.
In addition, on December 24, 2021, a 13-year-old girl identified as Mecakla Clarke went missing. The teen was a residence of Mahogany Hall district, Trelawny.

At around 10 pm, the family members discovered the absence of Clarke, raised the alarm and went to search for her. Since then, every effort made by the family has been failed.
The police authorities asked the general public to come forward and provide any information if they know anything, for which they can contact the Stewart Town Police at 876-612-0306, police 119 emergency number or either the nearest police station.
The teenage girl was last seen wearing a blue top and pink pants and is nearly 5 feet tall, of dark complexion. Although, efforts are being made by the police to search the girl.
