Guyana: Labour Ministry thanks public for love during the Intl Energy Conference and Exhibition
The Labour Ministry of the Republic of Guyana has expressed its pleasure towards the general public for their continuous support and love during the International Energy Conference and Exhibition, earlier this week.

Georgetown, Guyana: The Labour Ministry of the Republic of Guyana has expressed its pleasure towards the general public for their continuous support and love during the International Energy Conference and Exhibition, earlier this week. While expressing gratitude towards the audience, the ministry stated, “The Ministry of Labour wishes to thank the International Energy Conference and Exhibition for providing us with a platform to educate the public about the services that we provide.”
According to the update by the ministry, the departments of the labour ministry include Labour, Occupational Safety and Health, Central Recruitment and Manpower Agency, Cooperative Societies, and the Board of Industrial Training.
Ministry stated that it was a privilege to be allowed to take part in this four-day show. “We apologies to those who were unable to visit our booth, but do come and see us at Lot 82 Brickdam Street,” it furthermore added.
It also outlined that for information on training options, please visit the Board of Industrial Training at Lot 33 North Road, Lacytown.
“Thank you to everyone who visited to our booth to learn more about our services. See you next time,” the ministry stated.
Earlier, the ministry has shared a glimpse of the IECE. “The Ministry of Labour’s team is on the ground at the Guyana Marriott Hotel for the four-day International Energy Conference and Exhibition (IECE),” the ministry mentioned.
As per the Labour Ministry, the conference, themed “Harnessing Energy for Developments,” features over 200 exhibitions, 30 sponsors, and over 800 delegates. It aims to provide a platform for participating companies to address critical issues affecting the energy sector as well as the challenges of mitigating climate change.
