What is the CAN+ program?

The CAN+ program of Canada is an initiative designed to facilitate the visa application process for certain eligible travellers. It is an enhanced version of the regular visitor visa program, aiming to provide a faster and more streamlined experience for individuals who have previously travelled to Canada or the United States within the last ten years.

The CAN+ program allows eligible applicants from participating countries to enjoy expedited processing times with reduced documentation requirements. This program aims to strengthen business, tourism, and cultural ties by encouraging repeat visits from individuals with a demonstrated history of compliance with Canadian immigration and visa regulations.

By simplifying the application process and offering faster processing times, the CAN+ program enhances the overall experience for eligible travellers and promotes the growth of tourism and business activities in Canada.
