SVG Air is all set to offer new Wednesday flight services, connecting Grenada, Carriacou and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, effective from 3rd July 2024.

SVG Air is all set to offer new Wednesday flight services, connecting Grenada, Carriacou and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, effective from 3rd July 2024. This addition of flight services is expected to enhance connectivity between the nations and enhance travel options for all the visitors.

A twin otter, 19-seater aircraft will be utilized to make it convenient for the travellers to explore the beautiful hotspot destinations and vibrant culture of Carriacou and Petite Martinique.

The entire schedule of flights connecting St Vincent, Carriacou and Petite Martinique

  • The aircraft will fly from St Vincent to Carriacou at 8:00.
  • The aircraft will take off from Carriacou to fly to Grenada at 8:40.
  • The aircraft will fly from Grenada to Carriacou at 9:20.
  • The aircraft will take off from Carriacou to fly to Grenada at 16:00.
  • The aircraft will fly from Grenada to Carriacou at 16:30.

Along with that there will also be the availability of flights on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. With the operation of flight services, the tourism authority is aiming to attract large number of tourists to the highly anticipated Spicemas Festival in Grenada and the newly launched Carriacou Carnival Cooldown following Spicemas.

The CEO of Grenada Tourism Authority, Petra Roach stated that with the introduction of this additional flight, they are enhancing the travel experience for both local citizens and tourists. He added that this addition in flights would allow ease to the traveller, commuting between the beautiful destinations of the island nation.

Along with that, the Minister of Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs, Tevin Andrews also shared that it is a huge boost for the tourism sector of the island nation. He noted that it is also a crucial step towards fostering the unique charm and rich cultural heritage of Carriacou and Petite Martinique.
