Saint Lucia: HelpAWS welcomes volunteers to come and adopt little pup Skipper

Saint Lucia: An animal rescue organisation of Castries, HelpAWS, has recently shared an update on a sweet little puppy who was donated to the group in an unexpected form.

A recent social media post by HelpAWS told everyone about a sweet boy, the Skipper, who was “donated” to HelpAWS during their recent spay and neuter clinic. Having been found on the streets, he was brought into the clinic and left with the organisation to be neutered and brought back to the shelter.

Like any good Skipper, our boy commands attention. He LOVES human interaction and isn’t shy about letting the group know he wants attention. He is a confident little guy with a really sweet temperament and outgoing personality, always up for some play time or a little lap love from anyone who’ll give it to him.

He does get a bit shy in large groups of people but warms up quickly and turns on the charm to make sure he is noticed. And can we just take a minute to appreciate his ears? Those babies are fabulous! If Skipper is the ship, those ears are definitely the sails!

Having joined HelpAWS at the shelter a few months ago, Skipper is now ready to find his happily-ever-after family or individual.

While inviting people to adopt him and offer him a permanent place to live, the organisation stated, “Have you been looking for a curious, active puppy that’ll make you laugh and love you like there’s no tomorrow? Look no further!”

It further claimed that Skipper is a smart boy who is eager to please, which will make training easy!
