“Saint Lucia CIP can become great choice for investors,” says Mc Emmanuel at IREX Conclave

New Delhi, India: The 12th edition of the IREX Residency and Citizenship Conclave was successfully hosted at Le Meridien, New Delhi, from 9 to 10 September 2022. As per the organisers, the event was a great success as many potential clients across the globe attended the Conclave.
The Caribbean countries – the Commonwealth of Dominica, St Kitts and Nevis and Saint Lucia also participated in the Conclave. A virtual video message by the CEO of the Citizenship by Investment Programme Unit of Saint Lucia- Mc Claude Emmanuel. In the video, he highlighted the benefits offered by the alternative citizenship of Saint Lucia. Emmanuel also mentioned that Saint Lucia’s Citizenship by Investment Programme is the newest in the Caribbean region as it was launched in 2016.
The CEO of CIP stated that with time, the programme has improved tremendously. Furthermore, he mentioned that the due-diligence procedure is one of the most robust and vigorous in the region. “Our team always ensure that the application undergoes comprehensive background checks so that only reputable people could be able to get citizenship,” said CIP CEO.
He also took the platform to praise the Saint Lucia CIP for climbing up the chart and securing the third position in the CBI Index 2022, published by PWM Magazine of Financial Times. The programme has scored prefect 10 in three out of nine pillars of excellence.
Emmanuel also outlined that the island country (Saint Lucia) has a strong dollar and provides wonderful weather, strong currency, favourable ease of doing business, inclusive investment in different sectors such as tourism and the hospitality industry, stable political system.
“Just recently, Saint Lucia received the privilege for the 13th year in a row to be named as the Caribbean’s leading honeymoon destination. Also, for the first time, the country received the award for leading in adventure,” said the CEO of CIP Saint Lucia.
“We offer visa-free travel to more than 140 countries; we offer a chance to live a peaceful and stable life in the tranquil environment that has ease of doing business; Saint Lucia has a good political system,” outlined Emmanuel.
The event witnessed the gathering of a diverse mix of clientele from the globe. Entrepreneurs, bankers, chartered accountants, financial experts, and wealth managers, and many attended the Conclave.
During the two-day event, the immigration experts from various firms attended the Conclave and were also engaged in one-on-one interactions at their respective booths in the exhibition hall throughout the day. These experts also helped the High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) who wanted to invest in alternative citizenship by investing in real estate properties or by making a donation through the Fund Option. The HNWIs from more than 25 countries across the globe visited the event. A large audience was from Australia, Canada, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Montenegro, Portugal, Saint Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis, UAE, UK, USA and more.
