Govt warns about Shark Sightings in the Caribbean
According to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Blue Economy informed the citizens that there had been seen sharks in neighboring Caribbean islands.

Barbados: According to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Blue Economy informed the citizens that there had been seen shark in neighboring Caribbean islands.

Fortunately, Reports of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Blue Economic confirm that there have not been any ports of sharks in Barbadian waters.
Warning from the Government!
But, the Government of Barbados warns all sea bathers, watercraft operators, fishers, and all others using the sea are asked to practice great caution when doing their job.
Additionally, sea bathers are cautioned not to swim individually or in deep waters where permissible. All persons commanding boats and other vessels in the sea are recommended to assure they are useful; their batteries are fully charged; radios are working, and they have supplementary safety facilities on board.
All persons who consider they have seen or confronted a shark are asked to inform the Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Blue Economy directly. Please provide as much detail as attainable, along with locations and times.
Shocking Shark attacks in St.Lucia
Recently there have been shark attacks in St. Lucia too. It created chaos among the neighboring sea residents. As per the statements from the sharks’ attacks, at least one person suffered severe injuries, and he is now in the hospital.
The unique shark attack took place in the vicinity of Booby Island. Booby Island is an abandoned island that occupies between St Kitts and Nevis.
According to the latest report, a group of seven (7) kayakers went out from St. Kitts to Booby Island. Upon arrival at Booby Island, some members of the group exited their kayaks and went swimming.
Shark sightings in the Caribbean are no less than a terror. These sharks can terrorize the population. Along with that, it can scare visitors, and it can affect the tourism sector as well. But the Sighting of sharks is not a new thing for residents.
