St Kitts and Nevis commemorates spectacular success of RoboMindset Summer Camp 2023

Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: Chairman and founder of St Kitts and Nevis Robotics Association, Dr Ricardo Neil, expressed pride while sharing the resounding triumph of the RoboMindset Summer Camp 2023.

He shared a statement regarding this success and stated that from the 3rd to the 28th of July 2023, our Federation St Kitts and Nevis witnessed an extraordinary event that sparked the flames of creativity and Innovation among the bright young minds. The RoboMindset Summer Camp surpassed all expectations and set a new benchmark for excellence in robotics and STEAM education.

“We are overjoyed to announce that the camp experienced an overwhelming response, with a record-breaking number of eager participants enrolling in the program. Witnessing such enthusiasm from our youth further reinforces our commitment to fostering a passion for robotics and technological advancement in our community,” he said.

Throughout the entire duration of the camp, our esteemed instructors and mentors worked tirelessly to inspire and guide our young learners. Their dedication and expertise created a vibrant and nurturing learning environment where each participant could explore their potential to the fullest.

The RoboMindset Summer Camp 2023 was more than just an educational endeavour; it was an opportunity for personal growth and skill development. Our participants engaged in a multitude of enriching activities, hands-on projects, and exciting challenges, all designed to encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.

He added that the impact of the camp has been far-reaching, resonating not only with the participants but also with their parents and the wider community. We have received heartfelt feedback from grateful parents who witnessed a remarkable transformation in their children’s confidence and technical acumen. Many of the students have expressed newfound ambitions to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

In addition to nurturing the aspirations of our youth, the RoboMindset Summer Camp 2023 also served as a platform for forging lasting connections within our robotics community. Collaborations between educational institutions, companies, and organizations flourished during the camp, creating a network of support that will continue to flourish in the years to come.
