“Our intern attached to the Nevis Water Depot, Kail Dowe and supervisor, Kenneth Powell, was patient with us,” it additionally informed the general public while concluding the message regarding the event.
According to the Department, the primary objective of this event’s exercise was to increase young people’s knowledge, especially females, in basic car maintenance and repairs.
It emphasised, “We wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Team at the Nevis Water Depot for accommodating us! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.”
It is worth noting that the Department of Youth has always focused on ‘Youth Engagement’. Earlier, it outlined that the Department of Youth responded to an invitation to host weekly sessions with the youth of the Combermere Methodist Church Youth Group.
