Dominica to welcome 7 cruises this week, with 15,000 passengers expected
Dominica will remain busy throughout the week, with at least one vessel scheduled to arrive each day, except on 13th November, 2024.

The Ministry of Tourism of Dominica unveiled an exciting weekly cruise schedule from 11th November – 17th November, 2024. Six out of seven vessels are set to dock at the Roseau Cruise Ship Berth, aiming to welcome around 15,000 passengers to the shores of the island nation.
The vessels that have already docked at Roseau Cruise Ship Berth include, MV Eurodam on 11th November and MV Disney Magic on 12th November, 2024. All these vessels together brought more than 4000 passengers to the island nation, providing a significant boost to the tourism sector of the country.
The vessels that are anticipated to mark their calls to the shores of the country include, MV Celebrity Summit, MS Insignia, MV Viking Sea, MV Vision of the Seas and MV Aidaperla. Dominica will remain busy throughout the week, with at least one vessel scheduled to arrive each day, except on 13th November, 2024.
Two vessels are scheduled to arrive on 15th November, with one of them to be docked at the Roseau Cruise Ship Berth, while the other at Woodbridge Bay Port. Dominica opened its 2024-2025 cruise season with the arrival of Celebrity Summit on 9th October, 2024.
This season is expected to be vibrant, as the authorities are aiming to welcome around 235 cruise calls in this season, welcoming around 375,000 passengers to the island nation. This month the authorities will welcome 29 cruises to the shores of the country, aiming to provide an unforgettable experience to all the visitors arriving at the Nature Isle of the Caribbean.
In this cruise season 2024-25, the island will also mark the inaugural visit by 12 ships including, MV AIDAbella, MSC Explora II, MV Sapphire Princess, MV Majestic Princess, and MV Resilient Lady and many others.
This busy week outlines the growing popularity of the destination and the ability to accommodate large numbers of cruise visitors, adding a vibrant start to the season.

- 15th November, 2024: MS Insignia (777 passengers) – Roseau Cruise Ship Berth
- 15th November, 2024: MV Viking Sea (1000 passengers) – Woodbridge Bay Port
- 16th November, 2024: MV Vision of the Seas (2496 passengers) – Roseau Cruise Ship Berth
