NCF hosts Annual Recognition Ceremony to honour academic students
The National Community Foundation (NCF) hosted its Annual Recognition Ceremony to honour the remarkable achievements of the students in the community.

Castries, Saint Lucia: The National Community Foundation (NCF) hosted its Annual Recognition Ceremony to honour the remarkable achievements of the students in the community.
It is to be noted that the ceremony was held in December at the St Joseph’s Convent Secondary School under the theme, “Tapping into Your Potential.”
This event brought together students, parents, and all the guests to celebrate academic excellence and other accomplishments and inspired attendees to explore their capabilities, which will help them reach new heights.
Glimpses of the Ceremony
This year’s ceremony witnessed the recognition of 40 students for their continuous and determined academic excellence, and 26 students were applauded for their remarkable contributions to extracurricular activities.
The evening was graced with captivating performances by the most popular artists, such as,
– Michael Fletcher
– Ronald Boo Hinkson
– Ethan Fletcher
It is worth mentioning that their talent and capability added an extra layer of celebration to the event and made the event memorable for all the attendees/ participants.
Further, Fernanda Henry, an eminent figure in Forensic Science, delivered a powerful keynote address and shared insights and knowledge with the students.
Moreover, the ceremony also featured an inspiring speech by former Police Commissioner Osbert Regis, whose words moved the audience and encouraged them to pursue their dreams with determination and resilience.
Noting this, apart from recognized academic and extracurricular accomplishments, the NCF Recognition Ceremony serves as a platform to inspire, encourage and empower the youth in the community.
The foundation is consistently committed to fostering an environment where excellence is celebrated and potential is nurtured.
