St Kitts and Nevis: People’s Labour Party (PLP) is all set to become the second political party of the twin-island Federation to present at least 8 out of the 11 constituencies.
It is worth mentioning that it is quite an accomplishment for the youngest political party in the Federation.
The political party of St Kitts and Nevis on social media stated, “Team PLP is set and ready and about to become just the 2nd Party to present Candidates for at least 8 of the 11 constituencies in the Federation.”
If there is any indication to confirm that the PLP is indeed the fastest growing political party in the Caribbean, this is.
The fact that they are able to attract formidable, young, innovative, charismatic, dynamic, compassionate, relatable, intelligent, educated candidates for ‘all’ eight (8) constituencies on St Kitts speaks volumes to the strength and significance of the People’s Labour Party.
According to the authorities, in an informal meeting of the Team, it prepared for the official launch of the candidates from all eight (8) constituencies.
The leaders are:
- Kendale Liburd from Const #4
- Staschio Williams from Const #5
- Jacklyn Byran from Const#1
- Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris, Akilah Byron-Nisbett, Andrew Talbo Bass from Const #8
- Nubian Greaux from Const #2
- Dr Marc Williams from Const #6
Recently, PLP organised the monthly health walk on June 04, 2022, where supporters were heard saying, “You can’t keep a good man down.”
The health walk was attended by various PLP leaders as well as its supporters. The health was also attended by Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris, who interacted with their supporters during the health walk.
Post health walk, Prime Minister Harris took social media and expressed pleasure over the success of the monthly health walk.
