St Kitts and Nevis: On Friday, February 18 the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs shared the vaccination report of the state. As per the report, the total percentage of fully vaccinated people is at 77.1%.
However, the percentage of the partial vaccinated population is around 82.5 percent. This value shows that more than half people of the nation has been vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
While sharing the details about the booster dose, the ministry notified that around 9.1 percent of the population has been jabbed with booster dose in the country, till Friday.
Children’s vaccination details were also shared by the ministry. Only 16.7 percent of the population, between age of 12 year and 17 years, has been fully vaccinated against the virus and just 18.4 percent of children are partially vaccinated.
Total number of vaccination administrated to the population of St Kitts is 43,637 and as many as 13,781 Nevis’ residents have been immunized against the virus. The count of booster doses is up to 3,002.
In accordance to the official data, total vaccination being administrated to the population of St Kitts and Nevis has reached up to 83,683; of these 57,408 first doses have been administrated, while 26,275 have taken both doses.
At February 18, St Kitts and Nevis has reported 5,518 confirmed cases and total number of recovered cases is 5,447. The total number of active cases is 29 and the reported deaths are around 42.
