As soon as, Moore saw the authorities, he tried to run away and escape from there and began to run in the Southern direction. He then turned in the West direction and ran into his yard, where he quickly took off the haversack from his back.

It is to be noted the suspect placed the AR rifle into the bag and threw it into a yard. The yard was owned by a 59-year-old security guard. The higher-ranked officers tried to chase Moore and arrested me in connection with the rifle.

Moreover, the bag was picked up by the officers and they found various things in it, which includes:

The police authorities asked Moore if he had the license to carry all the firearms and to that the suspect replied “No”. Therefore, he was told of the offences committed by him and cautioned him for the same.

The firearms, ammunition and magazines which were found in the haversack were marked, sealed and lodged and were taken to the Ballistics section for their examination.
