Roseau, Dominica: A big win for the tourism sector of Dominica, as Condé Nast, in its Travellers Readers’ Choice Awards, listed Secret Bay resort as the winner.
Dominica’s Secret Bay has also been listed in the Top 40 resorts in the Caribbean region.
Secret Bay is also among the leading boutique resorts in the world and an acclaimed Relais and Châteaux property. It is a six-star, the all-villa resort consists of elegantly appointed, residential-style villas, each with a private plunge pool and dedicated villa host, on-call concierge, chefs and guides, access to a secret beach and transformative experiences curated specifically for every guest.
Secret Bay is an aesthetic resort build in the arms of nature. Conceptualised by celebrated architect Fruto Vivas, Secret Bay’s award-winning villas are world-renowned for their artful fusion of high design and local craftsmanship, forming open-air luxury residences amid nature’s lush embrace. As a Green Globe certified resort composed entirely of sustainably-sourced materials, Secret Bay exists in a beautiful equilibrium of responsibility to its environment and commitment to guest comfort.
Secret Bay allows holidaymakers a means of buying into the award-winning property and a gateway to – Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme. CBI facilitates vetted investors to purchase a share of the property in exchange for the second citizenship.
Apart from this, earlier Dominica has also been awarded for the best country offering the Citizenship by Investment program (according to the Financial Times’ PWM Magazine).
This is a great achievement for the Caribbean region. This shows that Dominica is not only excellent in its citizenship programme but is also best in its hospitality facilities.
Secret Bay is one of a handful of government-approved real estate options under the – CBI Programme,
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit cited that, “Investing in Secret Bay, you can be assured of your investment. You can be assured of a return on your investment. It is a project that cannot be compared to any other in the Caribbean.”
The above remarks were made by the Prime Minister in the recent celebration of Secret Bay’s 100th ROI payment made to the CBI clients.
