Saint Lucia Police finds dead body of Denroy Saltibus in Castries
The Saint Lucia Police found an unresponsive male, Denroy Saltibus alias ‘Bounty’ on 13th January, 2024 in Castries.

The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force found the dead body of Denroy Saltibus alias ‘Bounty’ at Capital Hill, Morne Fortune, Castries, Saint Lucia, on Saturday, 13th January 2024, at around 8:57 pm.
Notably, the Criminal Investigation Department of the island nation received a report, and the authorities immediately responded to the matter by visiting the crime spot. On reaching there, the officials did a thorough search exercise and found an unresponsive male lying on a concrete road at the said location.
According to the information, Denroy Saltibus, alias ‘Bounty’, was discovered with an apparent injury to his head. Subsequently, he was taken to the Owen King European Union (OKEU) Hospital. On reaching there, the doctors on duty conducted a thorough examination of Denroy Saltibus, where he was pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.
It is to be further added that the suspect is still not known, and the authorities are trying their best to get the culprit arrested for the offence he/she has committed.
Moreover, the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force has appealed to the residents of the community to share the information with them if they have any concerns regarding the incident. The authorities have also shared the contact details so that anyone with any kind of information can contact them.
The informant can either contact the Criminal Investigation Department by dialling the number 4563770, or they can visit the nearest Police Station to share the details regarding the incident.
Along with that, the informer can also contact the authorities through their Crime Hotline number by dialling 555 or by utilizing the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force Crime Hotline Application.
It is to be noted that the higher-ranked authorities of Saint Lucia have promised to keep the details of the informer anonymous, ensuring the safety and security of the person.
They have also assured that they are continuing with the process of investigation in order to get the murderer of Denroy Saltibus alias ‘Bounty’ arrested for the crime he committed.
