St John’s, Antigua and Barbuda: Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Live (ABTL) has recently shared the list of the delicacies to be served on the Mother’s Day Brunch, which will be hosted on May 14, 2023. The occasion will be marked during the Restaurant Week celebration in the nation.
The tourism authority shared the menu for the occasion and invited all the moms of the island country to attend the event, making it successful. The event will be celebrated under the name ‘Likkle Bit Ah Dis & Dat’, and the menu for the same will consist of four servings for the guests.
While inviting the people to Likkle Bit Ah Dis & Dat, the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Live stated, “Experience Chef Jackie’s Tasting Menu over Four (4) servings”.
As per the update, the menu is as follows:
1st SERVING
Choice of Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Soup OR
Antiguan Pepperpot accented with mini-fungi ball
2nd SERVING
Bakes (Floats) stuffed with Saltfish Salad
Green Banana Salad, Curry Goat in Roti Wraps
3rd SERVING FAMILY STYLE
Jerk Pork Loin
Fisherman Pie
Slow-roasted boneless whole chicken stuffed with a chicken mousse, sliced
(Sides: Cassava Puffs, Seasoned Peas & Rice, Sautéed Local Vegetables)
4th SERVING-FAMILY STYLE
