Juan Osorio, crew member of Marvel TV series “Wonder Man” dies in on set accident
A crew member succumbed to injuries in an on-set accident at Radford Studio Centre on Tuesday. It is to be noted that the person was working on the sets of a new Marvel superhero Television series, “Wonder Man”, in Los Angeles, United States of America.

A crew member succumbed to injuries in an on-set accident at Radford Studio Centre on Tuesday. The person was working on the sets of a new Marvel superhero Television series, “Wonder Man, ” in Los Angeles, United States of America.
The crew member has been identified as 41-year-old Juan Carlos Osorio, a resident of Temple City, California.
While expressing views and extending condolences to the friends and family of the deceased, the spokesperson of Marvel Studios stated in a statement, “Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with his family and friends, and our support is behind the investigation into the circumstances of this accident.”
As per the reports, Juan Carlos Osorio was working as a rigger when he died after falling from the rafters. It is a term used for someone who constructs various equipment. The equipment includes lighting, scaffolding and electric cables on movie and television sets.
According to the information, the filming was not taking place during the time of the accident as the member was there just working as the show was elated to resume its production the following month.
Moreover, the spokesperson officer of the Los Angeles Police Department, Charles Miller, stated that they visited 4024 Radford in Studio City, California, for a death investigation. He added, “No foul play is suspected, and the death investigation is ongoing.”
“Wonder Man” is a Marvel superhero series starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Ben Kingsley.
Various residents of the community also took to their social media accounts to express their views and extend condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
One person commented, “I hope no one has to get to experience the heartache of losing a loved one so unexpectedly. Rest in Peace.”
“Condolence to the family and rest in peace to him,” wrote Paulo Polinag.
Another person commented the following: “I feel some people are going through real difficult times. May God bless all of us.”
