Weather update: Trinidad and Tobago
Weather update of Trinidad and Tobago, December 1, 2023.
1st of December 2023
Trinidad, Tobago and the Southern Windwards are supposed to face sunny and hazy days, which will be interrupted at times by partly cloudy periods with the odd shower by late afternoon.
Notably, the night will be partly cloudy with a few showers.
The Remainder of the Lesser Antilles: Sunny day despite the odd and brisk showers.
Seas: Seas are forecasted to be slight to moderate.
Waves: In open waters, 1.0m, occasionally choppy in the Leeward Island.
It is to be noted that currently, Trinidad and Tobago has not yet been named or has been in the red list or alert list.
Moreover, the island nation has not received any threat from the weather department about any upcoming storm.
Last night’s minimum temperature
PIARCO- 24. 2 degree C
CROWN POINT- 32 degrees C
Additionally, on the last day, the weather in Trinidad and Tobago was mostly clear and cool despite the isolated shower.
Notably, throughout the outlook period, intermittent convergent bands of low-level moisture coming over the tropical Atlantic will move across the Lesser Antilles, at times interrupting the sunny conditions with some showers in varying areas.
A mid-level trough, in position over the Windwards together with some upper-level assistance, was likely to be a factor in the enhancement of any localized convection if it does occur on Saturday.
