Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) welcomed thousands of tourists and visitors from the MSC Seaside Cruise Ship to the capital city, last week.

Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) welcomed thousands of tourists and visitors from the MSC Seaside Cruise Ship to the capital city last week. It is to be noted that this news has been shared by the TTPS through their official Facebook handle.
Notably, over 5000 visitors enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the city during the visit. They appreciated the various aspects of the cuisine, culture and people of the Federation.
Noting this, they visited the city’s attractions in Downtown, Port of Spain, frontline and well-experienced and specialised officers of the Port of Spain Division.
As per TTPS, the Canine Branch and Mounted officials interacted with the visitors. It is worth mentioning that the Police Horses and Canines brought much delight during the celebration.
It is to be added in the remarks of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service that they look forward to more such dockings, and they are working closely and collaboratively with the tourism stakeholders and citizens to ensure their safety and an enjoyable season.
Many people took to their official social media handle (Facebook) to congratulate TTPS for their untiring efforts.
One such comment by a person named Brenda Des Vignes read as, “Lovely!!! Trinidad and Tobago is a real place. Thank God for our TTPS. God bless you all in your endeavour to keep our country safe.”
Another person by the name of Kasree Ramlogan wrote, “Ahh boi, some things are meant to have some good come out with a little effort. Good job.”
While some people congratulated TTPS, some others gave suggestions for the welfare of the people of T&T.
A person named Sherry Bemealways remarked, “This is great. We need tourism especially since this government shut down or sold all our assets. Great job! Trinidad is very dangerous place and we need to keep everyone safe including the visitors. We need to do the same for our residents, so I’m hoping there’s a plan and resources to do so.”
