Dominica Football Association invites bids to procure 4 vehicles
Dominica Football Association asserted that all the proposals would be judged on the basis of three criteria.

The Dominica Football Association has issued a tender for the acquisition of four new vehicles with a vision to ensure timely and reliable transportation of their staff, players and equipment. This tender has been issued on 21st October and the last date to submit proposals is 11th November, 2024.
While asking for the help and collaboration, the Dominica Football Association noted “looking for partners to help us upgrade our fleet with the acquisition of new vehicles. If you have offerings, we want to hear from you! Let’s drive our mission forward together.”
The Dominica Football Association asserted that they are seeking quotations for the procurement of the vehicles including 4 Toyota, with 2 models of Hiace Commuter, 1 of Hilux Revo and 1 of Noah respectively. They added that they want to obtain those 4 vehicles which could help them in their supporting their operations and enhancing their transportation capabilities.
The Dominica Football Association of the Nature Isle also mentioned about their current fleet and the issues which it has been creating and affecting the overall operational efficiency. “Currently our fleet, which has been in service to us for the past years, is becoming increasingly unreliable and expensive to maintain.”
QUALIFICATIONS
The Dominica Football Association also shed light on the qualification criteria which will be followed by them in order to purchase 4 new vehicles. The authorities asserted that the new fleet must be a diverse team which holds the experience of over 5 years in supplying vehicle fleet.
They must also have the ability to handle all shipping logistics as well as, having a detailed breakdown of the vehicles’ costs, including all applicable customs and clearance. The authorities noted that the fleet they chose also have the availability of a warranty of at least 1 year with responsive after-sales support.
JUDGEMENT CRITERIA
The Dominica Football Association asserted that all the proposals would be judged on the basis of three criteria’s including, Qualifications and experience of the company, Ability to provide after-sales support and price. The scores that on the basis these criteria’s will be judged are 20, 30 and 50 respectively.
