According to Health & Wellness Ministers, the nation confirmed 84 new positive cases of COVID-19 this Monday. Additionally, nine people were discharged from isolation.
These new cases were among 974 tests carried out by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory and interpret local and visitor outcomes. These positive tested tests comprise of 75 men and nine women.
Out of the 84 new positive tested, 67 are from Her Majesty’s Prisons, Dodds. According to news information, there are now 553 persons under isolation. Up-To date, Barbados has registered 968 confirmed cases, out of which 377 are females, and 591 are males, and 408 persons have healed. The public health laboratory of Barbados has finished 84,879 tests since March 2020.

“My question is why are you booking a holiday for two weeks in a pandemic and expecting to be able to enjoy….stay where you live, simple u are the ones to blame,” added Aliboo Farell.
According to several reports, more than 14 million people have been tested positive for dangerous, deadly coronavirus. Half of them are suffering from numerous more complications. Hence, strict lockdown regulations have been applied in the respective member states of several countries.
Novel UK strain of coronavirus also appears as a new hurdle in front of the world. Still, the immeasurable thing is that several vaccine companies declared that their vaccines could fight against this novel mutant COVID-19.
Several countries like India, the USA, and Russia had already initiated their vaccination process. In the meantime, the UK is on its last to suffer because of this new strain.
