St Lucia: The Education, Sustainable Development, Innovation, Science, Technology and Vocational Training Ministry has recently shared an update on the queries from the public related to the accreditation of the European School of Barcelona.

The Ministry also noted and stated about the certificates received for the verification from persons who pursued Master’s Degrees.

The Education, Sustainable Development, Innovation, Science, Technology and Vocational Training Ministry stated that it had received queries from persons within both the public and private sectors with regard to the accreditation of the European School of Barcelona (ENEB).

The Ministry has also received certificates for verification from persons who pursued Master’s Degrees with the aforementioned institution, stated the Ministry.

Furthermore, the Ministry wished to inform persons desirous of pursuing studies with the European Business School of Barcelona (ENEB) that the institution is not recognized by the relevant authorities in its home country, Spain. Also, it is not recognized by global providers of services in the recognition and evaluation of qualifications and skills, such as CHEA and Ecctis.

Given the above, the Ministry of Education, Sustainable Development, Innovation, Science, Technology and Vocational Training will not be recognizing any qualifications from the European Business of Barcelona (ENEB).

The Ministry stated, “Should you require any further information or clarification, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Human Resource Development (HRD) Unit of the Ministry of Education, Sustainable Development, Innovation, Science, Technology and Vocational Training at 468-5229/5230 or email hrd@education.gov.lc or hrdeducation.slu@gmail.com.”
