Antigua and Barbuda: SeaDream II graced the shores of Antigua as the cruise ship from SeaDream Yacht Club docked at Antigua Cruise Port. The arrival of such a cruise ship welcomed a significant count of visitors.

Notably, 70 individuals embarked on the vessel, and 84 passengers ended the thrift itinerary in Antigua. This reflects increased tourism in the country, as a cruise gives people the chance to experience new places.

Along with the exploration of new places, it also provides an opportunity to have all the relaxation and fun. The arrival of cruise ships plays a great role in boosting the economy of the nation. And, almost a week ago on January 19,  the country welcomed Valiant Lady as well, which is the first  “lady ship” from Virgin Voyages.

Not only this, there are more cruise ships as well which will arrive in the country. From the cruises which are to come, The adults only ship is the one. This cruise ship will make five more trips to Antigua before the end of the cruise season.

Importantly, Antigua Cruise Port has had an impressive start to the year 2024, as in the first thirteen days of the year, over 61,995. It was projected that January would be the busiest month for 2023- 2024, with over 1,30,000 passenger arrivals.

In connection with it, Antigua Cruise Port recorded over 10,000 passengers in a single day on January 4, 2024. Moreover, Enchanted Princess brought over 3764 passengers, while 3297 arrived at Caribbean Princess.

Importantly, at Nevis Street Pier, Costa Pacifica arrived with 2994 visitors, which brought over 10,055 passengers to the country in just one day. Such a count is a great mark, and one of the citizens also mentioned the year 2024 as “Year of Open Doors.”

The phrase “Year of Open Doors” clearly reflects the year 2024’s better beginning.
