PM Andrew Holness hand over keys of houses to three families in Jamaica

Andrew Holness, Prime Minister of Jamaica, has recently shared an update on the New Social Housing Programme.

Jamaica: Andrew Holness, Prime Minister of Jamaica, has recently shared an update on the New Social Housing Programme. PM Holness informed that Christmas came early for Ms Green and her family this year as she is now a homeowner! He is happy that he was able to hand over the keys and escort her into her new, safe and stable home.

He stated, “As we gather with our loved ones this season, let us remember to pray for those among us who are not as fortunate and are struggling to find a safe as well as a comfortable place to call home. It is our mission to give HOPE to as many vulnerable citizens across our island by providing high-quality standard housing solutions.”

The post by the Prime Minister furthermore read green resides in the constituency of St Andrew Eastern, represented by Minister Fayval Williams. He added that her home was made possible through the New Social Housing Programme.

Prime Minister Holness also handed over the keys to the house to Mr Perkins and his family. While expressing pleasure, he said, “We believe that every family in Jamaica deserves to have a safe and comfortable place to call home, and we will continue to work towards that goal. I was pleased to hand Mr Perkins and his family the keys to their lovely three-bedroom home, made possible through the New Social Housing Programme.”

Mr Perkins resides in the constituency of St Andrew North Eastern, represented by Mp Delroy Chuck.

Furthermore, Prime Minister Andrew Holness informed about providing keys to a third family – Mr Moore and his family. “For many of us, owning a home is the realization of a lifelong dream. It provides us with a sense of stability, security, and pride. As we celebrate the Christmas season, I was happy to bring joy to the Moore family as I handed over the keys to their brand-new home, made possible through the New Social Housing Programme,” he stated through his social media.

Mr Moore resides in the constituency of West Rural, St Andrew, represented by MP Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn.
